The Cheese Course

$200 per class, up to 10 people

optional- $30/each pre-measured take home ingredient kit

From stretching Mozzarella, to making Creamy Ricotta & Mascarpone. We’ll also learn several great ways to pair and present it!

Fresh Ricotta topped with: basil pesto, garlicky tomatoes, reduced balsamic, pistachios

Mozzarella:  assembled on a fruit & nut tray- roasted maple nuts, reduced balsamic, fruit, prosciutto

Fancy Fruit Salad: mascarpone, berry balsamic drizzle, maple pecans, apples, blackberries
