French Bread, Ciabatta, Focaccia, Sandwich Bread, & Waffles

No messing around here, we’ll just make them all.  We’ll learn about sourdough & yeast based pre-fermented dough and how to use them interchangeably.  Demonstrations of each step of the process and of course smelling and tasting the results!
